Automatic Gold Elite Status: With this bonus offer you will automatically receive Gold Elite Status your first Account Year as a cardmember. ("Account Year" means the year beginning with your account open date through the first statement after the anniversary of your account open date, and each 12 billing cycles thereafter.) Each Account Year you make purchases totaling $10,000 or more, including during your first Account Year, you will qualify for Gold Elite Status through December 31 of the following year. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks from account open date for the Gold Elite Status award to be applied to your Ritz-Carlton Rewards account. To qualify for Gold Elite Status your account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment. Credit is non-transferable or combinable with other offers, consecutive reservations in the same hotel are not valid, and advanced reservations are required. Credit must be used during original reservation, no cash back, and may not be applied to room rate or hotel goods or services provided by a third party. $200 Annual Airline Incidentals Fee Reimbursement: To request a statement credit to apply to qualifying airline incidental net purchase(s) made with your Ritz-Carlton Rewards Credit Card, you must contact J.P.Morgan Priority Services at the number on the back of your Ritz-Carlton Rewards Credit Card within 4 billing cycles of the purchase date. This offer applies only to non-ticket purchases made with merchants that classify their merchant location for Visa in the airline category. We do not determine whether merchants correctly identify and bill transactions as being made in a particular category. However, we do reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for statement credits. Statement credit will post to your account within 5-7 business days and will appear on your monthly credit card billing statement within 1-2 billing cycles. Qualifying purchases made by authorized users on your account are eligible for statement credits; however, only the obligor on the account, not authorized users, may request statement credits. Maximum statement credit accumulation for this offer is $200 per calendar year.

Earning Rewards: You will earn 5 points for each $1 of Net Purchases charged to your guest room at participating hotels. You will earn 2 points for each $1 of Net Purchases made in any of the following categories: airline tickets–when purchased directly with the airline; car rental agencies; dining–when you use your card at restaurants. Merchants who accept Visa credit cards are assigned a merchant code based on the kinds of products and services they sell. Chase groups similar merchant codes into categories for purposes of making rewards offers to
you. Chase makes every effort to include all relevant merchant codes in its listed categories. However, even though a merchant or the items that it sells may appear to fit within a listed category, the merchant may not have a merchant code that falls within that category. Therefore,
purchases with that merchant will not qualify for the stated rewards offer on category purchases. You will earn 1 point for each $1 of all other Net Purchases. (“Net Purchases” means purchases of goods and services made by you or any authorized user on your Card Account minus
any returns or refunds.) Point accrual will begin upon the Enrollment Date in the Card Rewards Program. (“Enrollment Date” is the day on which we approve you as a Card Rewards Program member.) No retroactive points will be awarded. You do not earn points on balance transfers,
cash advances, cash-like charges such as travelers checks, foreign currency, and money orders, any checks that are used to access your Card Account, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or
insure the balances of your Card Account. Points will be deducted for any returns or credits made on your Card Account. Points will appear on your monthly statement. From time to time there may be promotional offers for the Card Rewards Program, which provide the opportunity to earn additional points as defined by the terms of the promotion. There is no maximum number of points that you can accumulate in the program. All Ritz-Carlton Rewards terms and conditions apply. See Rewards Program Rules and Regulations, which will be mailed after your account is established.
Receive Ritz-Carlton Rewards bonus points upon first use of card:
You will qualify for and receive your bonus after your first use of the card. First use includes using your account for purchases or balance transfers, or using any checks that access your account; cash advances are not included. After qualifying, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for bonus points to post to your Ritz-Carlton Rewards account. To be eligible for this bonus offer, account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment. This one-time bonus offer is valid only for first-time Ritz-Carlton Rewards Credit Card cardmembers with new accounts. Previous and existing Ritz-Carlton or Marriott Rewards® Credit Card cardmembers/accounts are not eligible for this bonus offer. If your account is not open for at least 6 months, Ritz-Carlton and Chase reserve the right to deduct the bonus points from your Ritz-Carlton Rewards account.
